Important Refund Information
Most YourIPTVDealer subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE. Only 6-month and 12-month subscriptions are eligible for partial refunds, and only within a strict 7-day period from purchase date.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these refund limitations.
1. General Refund Policy
At YourIPTVDealer, we maintain a strict NO REFUND POLICY for most of our IPTV subscription services. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate delivery of access credentials, most purchases are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Limited Exception for Long-Term Subscriptions
We offer a limited exception to our no-refund policy exclusively for 6-month and 12-month subscription plans. The specifics of this exception are:
- Eligible Plans: Only 6-month and 12-month subscription plans
- Refund Window: Within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date
- Refund Amount: 50% of the original purchase amount
- Service Termination: Refunds will result in immediate termination of service
All other subscription plans, including but not limited to 1-month and 3-month plans, are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
3. Refund Request Process
If you qualify for a refund under the limited exception described above, you must follow these steps:

- Include your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a brief reason for the refund request
- Allow up to 10 business days for your refund request to be processed
Refund requests that do not meet all eligibility criteria or are submitted after the 7-day window will be automatically denied.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Even within the limited exception period, refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Subscription plans other than 6-month and 12-month plans
- Service interruptions, channel availability issues, or quality concerns
- Compatibility issues with your devices or internet service
- Changes in channel lineups or content availability
- Misunderstanding of service features or limitations
- User errors or configuration problems
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Payment processing fees or currency conversion costs
5. Payment Method for Refunds
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available or valid, we may request alternative payment information.
For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be calculated based on the cryptocurrency value at the time of the refund, not at the time of purchase. This may result in a different amount of cryptocurrency being refunded due to market fluctuations.
6. Service Availability and Quality Disclaimer
YourIPTVDealer does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific channel availability, or particular content quality. As a reseller service, we do not own or control the servers or content provided through our platform. By purchasing our Services, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that service disruptions, channel changes, or quality issues do not qualify for refunds.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes instead of following our refund policy is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. Any account associated with an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute will be immediately terminated without refund, and you may be prohibited from using our Services in the future.
Additionally, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover any fees, costs, or penalties associated with unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes.
8. Changes to This Policy
YourIPTVDealer reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically.
The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase, regardless of future policy changes.
